Separate window listing the NCAs by title, with pending removals / additions and Trim padding.

Spec: §2.3 Edit

Tasks

  • Grouped list (Base / Update / DLC) with SlopListItem, other partitions read-only
  • Remove / undo, Add NCA…, Trim padding
  • Summary and Apply / Cancel, confirm on close with pending changes

Done when

  • Acceptance criterion of §4 met (same result as Python xci-modify)
